Renowned Thai design firm P49 Deesign has created an inspiring contemporary design intertwined with distinctive local elements. The hotel is styled as a modern ‘Post House’ along the ancient Tea-Horse Trail that linked Yunnan and Tibet and saw Lijiang become an important trading hub. The fresh design is infused with Naxi and Tibetan ethnic motifs and horse caravan references.
